Who are We?

Michele Keighley (Senior Trainer) - Michele has been involved in training since 1982, first with the military as a WO2 trainer, and then with civilian organisations. Michele holds Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training and has just received her certification as a
Conflict Dynamics Profiler. Her experience ranges from leadership, communication and management skills to self-development and Life Coaching. Michele is passionate about personal development, especially for women in leadership roles. Michele is a member of Women's Network Australia and Connectworking.
For the past five years Michele has been involved in designing
training courses for specific needs within
Toastmasters Brisbane and has completed a number of
communication courses for
Brisbane based companies.
She has been a keynote speaker at conferences and has undertaken several speaking engagements for community and business organisations, and was a volunteer trainer with the Training Information Programme for the Department of Veterans' Affairs.
Trish Springsteen (Senior Trainer) - Trish has been involved in training since 1993. She has a BBus (Health Administration) and holds Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training and has just received accreditation as an
Extended Disc Practitioner. Trish is experienced in
leadership,
management communication and
business skills. She has been actively involved in designing training courses for
Toastmasters Brisbane and corporations for the last 10 years. Trish is a member of Women's Network Australia and Connectworking.
Trish has been a keynote speaker at conferences, an MC at community events and weddings and undertaken speaking engagements to community and business organisations.
